The book changes every month and is carefully selected by our specialist readers. All Rising Reads subscribers receive the same book at the same time. Each title is a recently published work—released in the past one or two months—by a promising writer who will keep you turning the pages.

Every month, our team designs a new themed bookmark for your reading pleasure. Collect them all and use them while enjoying your Rising Reads subscription and your other favourite books.

A complete reading guide

Each month, your Rising Reads subscription includes a reading guide to introduce you to the book, the author, and the book’s context. It offers tips to deepen your understanding and make your reading experience more immersive and interactive.

On top of everything else, Anbook sends you a special gift to accompany your reading. Each gift is seasonal or collectable—expect a delightful surprise every month!

Book icon When will I receive my first book?

Boxes are sent out on the 15th of each month.

Since this is our first edition, the first boxes will ship on 15th September.

Book icon Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Definitely! Just choose the gift option at checkout, and you can add a personalised message too.

Book icon What if I already have the book?

We choose newly published titles, but if you already own the book, get in touch—we’ll do our best to offer an alternative or credit.

Book icon Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

At the moment, we only deliver within Ireland, but we’re hoping to offer international delivery soon.

Book icon Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, of course. You can cancel or pause anytime through your account—no hassle at all.
